How to move in your daily life with Alex Atalla

You have landed in the Blog-page. I have noticed that people know they should move more through out the day, but they don’t know how to incorporate working solutions in their busy lives. Here I will offer my solutions and will do my best to illustrate how to get enough movement in your busy day whether you are a desk jockey or a standing worker via with practical videos. I also write written post about about books, research material and other sources that I believe might be of value for you beyond the scope movement.

I believe we are in an endless pursuit of the truth, and since time passes by we will find out some things we were wrong about with new information at hand (The Earth was believed to be flat – not anymore today) or with a new perspective on how to see the world, as Jean Piaget would say: The facts are not static, they fluctuate and change over time. What remains constant is the way we gather and seek information through out time.
